Every time I see the words, “liberty” or “freedom” in some right wing organization’s name, it’s a red flag. It means that their goal is to abolish your rights, not promote them.

Saddest thing in all this insanity is the Idaho Democrats are unable to find a sane niche for themselves. They veer so far left as to be rolling down the median. Surely, among that 50% or so of uncommitted voters, there are many put off by the far-right antics of the "freedom "bunch, who would like an alternative.

These people, and I use the term loosely, need to learn to mind their own damn business. Must not be a thing in California.

Fine work as usual, Greg. The thing that worries me most is that the ACTUAL power of the Federal government in emergency epidemic condidtions has been now progressively undermined to the point that people don't realize the gov actually HAS the authority to quarantine and require masks. It's not a question of "If," but only when the next and very like more lethal epidemic may appear (H5N1?). I guess the good news is that itwill definitely take a higher toll among the unmasked, unquarantined, and unvaxxed. Natural selection?

The only brain fog is in those legislators (and I use _that_ term loosely), and it's not related to COVID. Performative is one word for it - immature lashing out is another. Why are we paying $40k a day for these stunts? How do the idleg "leaders" show that this is good stewardship of our finances?
