Excellent and simple analysis, Jim. Even though I have not lived in Idaho since 2012, I still follow the issues there, and while decades ago I thought Raul was a friend, I now see him as a real threat in Idaho, along with all others of the radical right. I am grateful to public servants like you who consistently demonstrate integrity and sound judgment.

Thank you! Sadly, his pronouncement has given a handful of Boise residents exactly the fuel for their exclusive viewpoints regarding the “ideology” of that sign, digging in on public forums. Thankfully, they are in the minority (their greatest fear!) in their misguided and misinformed hatred of otherness.

Labrador’s partisanship is so painfully obvious that he could probably find something objectionable in the phrase, “Have a nice day”.

He needs to go.

The phrase "In God We Trust" still appears on all American currency. It was officially adopted as the national motto in 1956 and has been included on all coins and paper money since the mid-1950s. (ChatGPT).

Don’t let Idaho AG Labrador know that the currency of the United States might be considered to have an ideological slant!

I never fail to admire and enjoy Jim Jones columns. He speaks the truth and is such a voice of reason in this trying time. Thank you, Jim, for putting all of this in perspective in regards to our Attorney General, Raul Labrador. Keep up the good works and words.

Mr. Labrador costs the state of Idaho taxpayers money with his advice and non-constitutional directions.

I appreciate, and Value your Statement, Opinion; I am very Blunt in the fact that I disliked Labradors Actions as a Federal Representative , Let alone see him become AG of Idaho, Now most any one can see why labrador, Filching Fulcher , Simpson and Senators Risch, Crapo, are an Actual THREAT to Life that we have, Known, worked and built, and the Disinformation and False narrative, about 4 Words in a School teachers classroom are not Disturbing, they are DISGUSTING, and the actions that Followed has Ruined a GREAT TEACHERS plans and Goals. That is not Leadership, This is Clearly out of a Fascist operatives goal to Crush any dissent, or Opposing or even Neutral Speech, It is Not Old school GOP, and sure is not Christian let alone LDS Ideology, The Land Board at least is Keeping its "WITS" about what they need.
