Greg, thanks for showing Idahoans that we have options during the midterms and for a better future. Sure wish we could’ve gotten a term-limits pledge from Senator Risch and Governor Little!
As a life-long Idahoan and an Unaffiliated voter, I’ll be voting for Todd. And I hope we see more candidates like him running in Idaho over the coming years, and here’s why:
I don’t care whether someone has a “D” or an “R” after their name. I care whether that person has integrity, intelligence, honor, and BACKBONE. If a person possesses those 3 qualities, he/she will make policy decisions and choices that benefit the MAJORITY of the people they SERVE. The “backbone” part of the equation is necessary for standing up to the inevitable pressure that will be placed upon that person by bad actors within the Idaho Legislature.
I don’t need to name the bad actors…we all know who they are, but if Idahoans start electing candidates like Todd Achilles, we can eradicate the extremist faction in the GOP in short order.
