The Republican Party wants uneducated voters and supporters. Uneducated and/or low-information voters are easily manipulated and controlled. THAT is the true and hidden agenda of this legislation. The Republicans could care less about “making America great again.” They want sheep.

Creating “low information” voters has a favorable cost-benefit ratio since every dollar not spent reaps greater returns. In addition, anti-“critical thinking” directives are in and ofthemselves not costly curriculum enhancements.

Agree 100% Frederick.

I'm sorry for their students - they didn't vote for this, but their parents did.

Does the bill authorize the tax credit for any religion based schools?

I would think so. Many private schools are religion based, the most common example being Catholic schools.

This highlights a troubling trend for rural schools, where funding and attention are already scarce. At Small Schools Coalition, we’ve seen how policies that divert resources away from small, local schools can have lasting consequences on student learning, community cohesion, and staff stability. Thoughtful, place-based support is essential if we want rural schools to thrive rather than be undermined by well-intentioned but harmful legislation.
